If you’re having a nerve-racking day, feel down by the situation at hand or feel tensed about a future decision you must oblige to, capture this opportunity in a bath to meditate and uplift your spirit with your favorite music playing in the background. Below are three ingredients that can put your whole body to an absolute serene mode.

Sea Salt

 Sea salt has been used for centuries in cleansing the body. It is effective at discarding bad energy, both emotionally and physically. Please don't confuse sea salt with Epsom salt (which is mostly used for healing sore muscles), sea salt decrepit bad energy. This destructive energy is commonly associated with stress, anger, pain, negative emotions and fear. You can purchase sea salt in bulk online and at your local grocery store.

Lavender Essential Oil

3. Add about 10-12 drops of pure and organic argan oil.

4. Deep your whole body into the salt water and relax for about 20mins.

5. Be sure to cover majority of your body with the salt water, so your skin can easily absorb the essential nutrients the mix provides.
