Hope and healing are the two things that help to overcome multiple sclerosis. Understand your body well and act according to it. Listen to your body when it is in pain and cure it by healing gives you a mental satisfaction. Healing can be done by connecting to your own body as the body knows innately how to heal itself. "Let Go", Surrender and trust is the natural process to heal MS. Learn to "hear" what body is telling you. Create a loving relationship and collaboration with your body and being and befriend it. Working together in collaboration with your body is essential thing for deep healing. Connect to your body and being go through the heart, rather than the mind or intellect. Working through the heart centre opens the inner energy and will give you deep insights into and awareness of your deep being. Relax into the wisdom of the heart, body and soul and be kind, patient and compassionate with yourself during this healing process. It takes time, and you are learning something very new and profound that will be with you for the rest of your life. Take out relaxed time daily so you can"hear" or feel what your body and soul is being telling you. It is very important to embrace the illness and respect and honour what your body is telling you. To overcome this disease one can stick to regular activities which we avoid in our routine life like


Deep breathing exercise before retiring in the evening and after waking up in the morning rejuvenates the body and soul. It reduces the stress and allows the more oxygenated blood flow. Breathing in a fresh air daily early in the morning helps in overcomes an in healing MS and also keeps you active all the time.

Daily 7-8 l intake of water is recommended to average human being. Place a notepad with yourself and check whenever you drink water, you will amazed how much liters you absorb daily. Mostly people with MS have a symptom of incontinence, drinking lots of water rehydrates the body and therefore the less frequent urination takes place.

In today's hectic life stress is very common thing. Stress plays a major role in MS development. So, one must absolutely get out of stress completely. Stress reducing balls are available in the market nowadays. Meditation helps in cutting the stress.

Walking is another important thing which reduces stress. Walk daily outside in sunlight early morning as it helps in vitamin D production which is required to heal MS.

Smile, happiness and laughter (especially big belly ones!!) sharing with your family and friends increase your life expectancy up to 30%.
